What counts as a request?
Each successful API call counts as one request. Failed requests (4xx/5xx errors on our side) don't count. Cached responses from our CDN also don't count against your quota.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
You'll be charged per additional request at your plan's overage rate. For example, on the Professional plan, overage is 0.004 per request. You can set spending limits in your dashboard to prevent unexpected charges.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan until then.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! For usage beyond our Business plan (500K+ requests/month), contact us for custom enterprise pricing with volume discounts up to 50% off.
What payment methods do you accept?
