Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KhaleejiAPI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KhaleejiAPI, operated by Berd-i & Sons, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Services

KhaleejiAPI provides application programming interfaces (APIs) for various purposes including but not limited to IP geolocation, email validation, phone validation, currency exchange, and other data services.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
• Use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of our APIs is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in:

• Temporary throttling of your API access
• Overage charges as specified in your plan
• Suspension of your account for repeated violations

6. Pricing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we commit to the following service levels:

• Professional plan: 99.9% uptime guarantee
• Business plan: 99.99% uptime guarantee
• Enterprise: Custom SLA as agreed

If we fail to meet these commitments, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by KhaleejiAPI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KHALEEJIAPI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
